Welcome to Gtags! This looks like a morning glory, but sadly it's the notorious #bindweed that you have! Quite invasive. And has the growing strength of a horse, and strangles everything in its path!

it surely does! i'm sort of impressed by its tenacity... but wow, what a pain. this is the first time i've had a garden and yard, i think i've got it under control in the front beds but out back is another story entirely. thank you so much for putting a name to the face for me, so to speak :)
