Do I have to drag this giant baby indoors, too? #DwarfCavendish

So I live in PA and have the same plant. I heard it could survive outside. Idk. What should I do. Where do u live @misternatureboy
I to live in ctrl pa and these will not survive our winters, banana trees as far as I know are tropical, did you get a tag with it saying it’s hardy in the north?

@misternatureboy yes u need to bring these in because these r a tropical one

My little #DwarfCavendish #banana is not so little anymore. As these plants get older, they lose the #maroon or #purple blotches on their leaves. 10July2020 #foliagefriday

Is anyone else not looking forward to all the plants they need to move indoors for winter? #DwarfCavendish
Omg that's gonna be a big job! 😂
@jameswestly Ha! BTW, I love your plan for your garden.
@misternatureboy I’m in 9b closer to the bay and I plan on protecting bananas in place. There’s a guy in east Sac that grows lots of fruiting bananas outside
Well, I finally did it. Got this #bananaplant in the ground. Despite my initial fears, she survived winter in a pot outdoors. This is meant to be. 11June2021
