This started out as a cutting from my sister (in a pot that she made). The original plant (swipe left) has since died. This guy seems to have gone through a crazy growth spurt this spring. She always seemed to be barely holding on. Suddenly, she's all: LOOK AT ME, YA BITCHES!

Visiting my sister in the Bay Area. She's come a long way from the days when she was convinced that she had a "black thumb". This beautiful #PeperomiaDolabriformis (which I refer to as her "hatchet plant")--in a pot that she made--is probably my favorite from her impressive collection.

I'm amused that this li'l mama is doing well. I haven't had success with Peperomias. They tend to be fussy buggers and I have little patience for divas (botanical or otherwise). 11July2021 #succulentsunday
