One among several new additions to the front #shadegarden, which turned out to be premature because I don't qualify to buy the house and need to move out before the end of September. Aside from other great reasons (good location, nice neighbors, lots of room for my dogs, etc.), the one that bugs me the most is that I'd put so much time, work, and money into transforming the garden. According to my (former) roommate, my moving in increased the value of the property. Oh, well. C'est la vie.
