Morning lovely people, I have this grass in my garden and really don't know what it is (I'm hopeless with grasses!) So please could you help me identify it? It's bright green in summer and grown in a big mound. #grass #plantid #green #bronze #id have a fab day all! 💚🌾💚

Hi Beck I agree with @MW1811 it does look/ sound like Hakonechloa macro you can cut it back close to the ground at end of Feb , happy Sunday 🙂

Hey @MW1811 and @icedance thankyou 👍🏻🌾👍🏻 I cut it back hard every late winter as it's deciduous, it grows to around 2ft high usually. You can see it in some of my garden photo posts in summer it's in front of my shed behind the driftwood if you want to take a look. Thank you @keely , @pelly and @susieg you lovely ladies 😘
