Is this growing in your front garden, Hilly? It looks fabulous 😍😘
Is that a rose I see!!!!!!!!! 🤍
Yes, up high in the shrubs out front...All these roses I forgot I had!! Who knew?! 🤣🤣🤣 @dan5584 @jacaranda
Haha well your a pro rose grower now do you can add to the collection! Yay’ 💓
Since these have been left to their own devices for the last decade or more, I’m not sure I’m fit to be a rose parent just yet?! 🤔🤣 @dan5584
Yes you are!!! Just do it! Just pick one you like and do it!
You are both the best and the worst type of gardening friend to have! 😂😘 @dan5584
🤣🤣🤣 I’ll take that! 💓
It’s definitely meant as more of a compliment than an insult! 😆🥰

I love this little rose - it scrambles through all the very overgrown bushes at the front of my house. Sadly, most of it isn’t at a very sniffable height! #pink
You need a very tall ladder, Hilly 🤣🤣
I always get in trouble when I start precariously hanging off ladders...apparently I’m a liability! 🤣 @jacaranda
But you’d get some great photos! 🤣📷😘
I don’t know what rose this is, but it’s the one redeeming feature of my very overgrown drive! 💕
I don’t know which variety either but ramblers are fantastic and this one is gorgeous 🤩
I just had a look from my upstairs window and it’s absolutely huge, but mostly very high up! Such a mass of flowers! @italydiva
I gave my rambler a really hard cut back late autumn. It’s grown like mad this year and is covered in roses all over. They are real hard working beauties
This one gets a light cutting back when we trim all the shrubbery but only the very tiny proportion of it that’s within reach! It’s definitely thriving on neglect! @italydiva
I think it might be Félicité-Perpétue, a rampant rambler that only flowers once. If you can reach any of them the flowers should have a mild primrose scent. 🤞
They do have a very slight fragrance! @jacaranda 😘
