Help me identify this plant I spotted last week at the rather incredible #inverewegardens tall habit with muttable heads - this is the flower as it’s turning- really stunning almost like a lava planet to look closely 👌👌👌👌👌 here’s a close up @richard.spicer.7906 thanks
I think, although not fully certain, that this is Berkheya purpurea (Purple Sunflower) 🤔 - not sure it’s fully open yet

Yay! Teamwork 🙌🏼 @soph1e @naomi126 - they are very easy to grow by seed by the way, my mum grew some last year. Seeds easily available in the garden centres 😊
