I have a tree in my garden with these coloured flowers. Lost most due to storm the other night. I managed to cut a piece off by ladder. How long are you supposed to let the wound heal? I’ll tag you.

@Sussanah if it has leaves on it they should be removed to minimise moisture loss then leave in dry shade for 2 weeks before planting in well drained soil or potting mix. Ideally the best time to be doing this is in late winter when it is dormant with no leaves and slow sap movement 😊
