Hibiscus Mutabilis

Finally got around to messaging the shop that sold me these seeds like "yo dude, wtf?" And they SWEAR that their seed source is legit and this is some crazy mixed color hibiscus. Can't wait for it to blooms so I can know for sure. YOU BETTER BELIEVE I'm gonna ask for a refund if this is actually a confederate rose.

honestly you probably know more than they do . this DEFFINATLY does not look like a hibiscus

I believe it! The leaves look similar to my hibiscus tiliaceus but with lobes.

This is a confederate rose, I'm pretty sure about it, I've seen it many times here and you need a plant which is big as you (idk your height lol) to get flowers and they get alphids easily. Beside you can propagate it with stem cutting too

8.26.18 My one little hibiscus seedling that survived. Just repotted because the roots were growing out of the holes I made in the solo cup I started it in. Supposed to be orange and blue flowers but idk 🤷‍♀️ leaves don’t really look hibiscusy to me but the seeds looked hibiscusy. Is this hibiscus and is it leggy? How do I make it happier? #hibiscus
