Morning everyone. My #summer-snow-flake are barely out of the ground but one has somehow managed to flower. What a lovely surprise 🤍 #graveteye-giant

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I am almost pain free again now so I’ve been able to start gardening again which has been great. Oh, Jane, I can not find the size of these flowers. I am familiar with this variety. Everything just says they are larger than their smaller counterparts. What is the height of the flower?

@pelly well that's something Jane. I'm going to sow some lettuce tomorrow. My butcher gave me a couple of trays, l did well with lettuce last year and cucumbers, keep trying with cucumbers Jane, it was my first time last year. 👍

Morning everyone. The #summer-snowflake-gravetye-giant is in flower in the sunny border but nowhere near in the shady one yet 🤍

These are lovely Joan 🤍 I got some of these last year but they got damaged (I think a fox sat on them, or a cat) but they have come up quite weak this year. Hoping they recover as I didn’t even get any flowers

They're not really snowdrops, they belong to the amaryllis family rather than the galanthus family and they are much taller. They are so worth growing Karen 😍 @KOutdoors
