Beheading day :)
Hehehhe back in the day that would have had a scary meaning! Love your echeverias!
Thanks @junglejennavive I'm new to succulents so it's still a bit scary. But I do love the rosettes.
You're not alone in being a newbie!

Left is the original stem, right is the new beheaded top. #echeveria thanks for the advise @tinaaune
Be careful not to overwater at this point. @petitelake 👍👌

Do I plant deeper or behead and replant? And why? TIA #echeveria #echeveria-advice #help
You can do either, your benefit from beheading would be that u leave the base planted and it will resprout with patience. @petitelake
Thanks @tinaaune I love the idea of making two plants from one.

Planted this up today for Succulent Sunday. Not sure what it is. But I hope he likes his new home. #echeveria #shell
Boy, whoever said succulents are low maintenance... I think I was so worried about over watering that I actually under watered and stunted their growth. But I think I may be getting the swing of it. #succulentsunday #shell
I know! I'm so succulent-challenged! This is really cute
@lesliecole49 I started with succulents in the winter; low light and dormant. But I didn't know better so I was feeding them and they weren't growing. Summer came and still no growth. But POW, first rain and they grew like crazy. Hang in there.
