#sunchoke seen from close. Looks a bit like ginger and taste is a mix of potatoes & artichoke 'heart' (the middle that is the best part to eat)

Also known as #sunchoke it's an old vegetable coming back on shelfs
#sunchoke at about 2 years old totally left naturally growing 😜 (I believe it is considered incredibly huge at this point as you find 10% of this size on markets) just keep a few rows for next year!
