You should be able to overwinter it. Keep using the green tops as garnish in your cooking and salads!!

Spring onions are super easy to grow back.. So I always plant them. This fella though, I let grow (mostly) uncut since last Dec or so. It's getting pretty fat now lol.. People often mistake it for a leek. #springonion
