Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong with my cactus? 😥 Is it dying? I went to move her and a couple of her leaves fell off. I don't know what to do.. #cactushelp #cactus #help
Ok I'll try. It's on my screened in porch so it only gets indirect sunlight
Change the pot to a little bigger one and get as much old furious of the roots. Put in some nice fresh sandy soil. Water it only once a week and most importantly mist it once a day. Yours looks pretty stressed but you can possibly save it. Give it a little fertilizer once a month to keep it green
@docthrill I just upgraded the pot a little before this happened. I broke off all off the bad leaves and it looks like it is starting to come back I think it might have been stressed from the move to a bigger pot and a little too much water.
Give it some time and som fertilizer

My mother gave me cuttings of her Christmas cactus earlier this year. I need to get them in a better pot because they are all to one side and she keeps falling over but she is still beautiful.
Looks a bit more like Thanksgiving cactus with the spiky edges. Flowers too

@dirtgirlworld you helped save my baby and I can't thank you enough. She seems so much happier since I pulled all the damaged leaves off and she is now sprouting new leaves again. And also is standing tall again. Thank you thank you thank you!! 😍😍😘😘😘💙💙
I also took some of the good leaves off the damaged parts and stuck them in another pot to see if they will grow. They all had roots so maybe I will have 2 now lol
