Yes it will be ok. You actually can grow them in pots... Morning glories can be finkey about being transplanted so I would keep it there. Just make sure it has something to climb up. And don't over water. @johnmark
Good advice thank you, they have got a fence to climb up my only fault is over watering as this weather makes it so dry but I’ll calm it a bit
