Looks like time for some brinjal curry.

Pushkraj
Indeed 😁 @lovestogarden can also roast them on coals and have it with olive oil and herbs.

Yum, that sounds tastey.

You should try it! Coals can be substituted for the stove or wood fire 🔥 slit them a little and roast them, peel and dispose off the skin, and the inner flesh can be finished with olive oil, seasoning, and herbs of your choice. @lovestogarden

Thank you @Pushkraj , I am going to tell my son about this. I think he would really like it. 😀

Looking forward to a lovely #aubergine #harvest . #organic #gyo
How will you be cooking it?
Roast over some coals until the flesh softens, then peel away the skin, and mash the flesh with olive oil, garlic, chilli and seasoning :) we could make a curry too, but the simpler #recipe allows us to taste homegrown vegetables better in its "purer" form @kaigia
Sounds delicious Pushkraj. 😊😊
