Capsicum Annuum 'Joe's Long'

I grew these chilli plants from seeds last summer. A bit late so i brought them in over the winter. I've kept them on the window. Kept them watered when they started to droop. But recently a few of the lower leaves are dropping off. Any hope for me to save them n get them to fruit this year?

Chilli plants I've grown from seed. Still quite small. Haven't given any chillis this year. Should I risk leaving them out over winter or would I be best bringing them in?
