I grew plenty of Rokita (little heat), cayenne (good heat) and some Naga (omg heat) last year. Froze some and then strung up the rest to dry. After drying they were blitzed in the blender to become dried chilli flakes. Now a good blend of smokey flavour and some good heat :-)
I grew some last year without success. They were outside - I am also in Norfolk. I am trying again this year and I have just bought a small greenhouse which I will put them in. Fingers crossed !!!
Last year was another good year for the chillis, they love the #polytunnel

@latebloomer Well OH tells me to grow lots and I have to give lots away, I freeze tons! There us a limit to how many you can eat though! #hot

@DigInIt I like the idea of drying them and then blending them may do that next time. Nice variety that you grow.
