@tkept many veggies will grow like this as a starter! Lettuces, scallions, celery, beets 🙌🏼 I always start these things but forget they’re inside as all my other plants are outside... then they tend to die.. hoping to start a whole veg box off scraps. Garlic, onions, potatoes, etc.
