3/14/19 #gardenia #gardeniaaugustbeauty my buds keep yellowing and dropping. Idky. And I found a little bit of “sooty mold” or whatever the droppings are of aphids and such, but saw no aphids? I’ve been checking every few days for pests. I saw a few scale bugs I removed. Other than that idk. Maybe soil needs something

01/14/19 Happy Monday! On my family’s way out the door this morning I saw my #gardenia bloomed! Wish I could capture scents! #whiteflowers #white #scented #gardenia-augustbeauty #scentedflowers #gardeniaflower #smellssogood my buds were also all drooping, this one was hard! That’s why I was so surprised! Night before it was looking like it was gonna fall off (I assumed stress from repotting), so this makes me really happy.

01/03/19 I had an urge, for no good reason, and I got a #gardenia today. About half of my New Years planting is done. Mainly big projects. This guy was the biggest. It’s set with #flowerbuds already.
