Prunus cerasifera (Yellow Cherry Plum Tree). Photographed today, 2 April 2017, at Reedie Cottage Garden, East Scotland. At the start of last week, this tree was completely covered in blossom, but due to high winds and heavy rain in last few day, not as much today. Even so, still lots of blossom still. Flowers late Winter/early Spring. Produces cherry-sized yellow plums. Birds usually get the higher up plums, as tree is now over 20ft tall!!! #cherryplum #yellow #spring
