Ooh think I have that. Does it grow tall with yellow flowers on top? @richard.spicer.7906

Indeed it does @trina - if you swipe from right to left on the photo it shows you earlier pictures of mine from last year. One of them has the flowers - does it look like those ones?

That's it. Great. Thanks @richard.spicer.7906 It was something I swiped from a friends mums garden. Which is why I am never 100% sure what I have got!

Same - took me a while to figure out what it was as I inherited it from the previous house owner. Some people say it's quite invasive, although I've not found it to be a problem in the eight years I've lived here. @trina

@richard.spicer.7906 I see this is called large loosestrife, are there different sizes. I had one in my front garden that grew to about 18 ins. I lost it after many years. I bought some and put it out the back. Its very tall. Prefer the original version 🙄

Mins's not too high Pearl, and not entirely sure if I've linked it correctly in the plant database. I inherited it from the previous owner. I would say it's about 24 inches tall? How tall is your one? @fuschia

It grew about three feet. It is amongst other plants but it was up the fence lol. Not such nice flowers either. May just be me 😜😜😜😜

@richard.spicer.7906 I love foliage just as much in winter as I do in Summer. I've not chopped back lots of plants yet because I love how they look through the colder months.
