Help me identify this plant. It is growing in wet grass next to a stream?!

Is it a Lysichiton americanus (American skunk cabbage?) 🤔

Excellent thank you I have often wondered what it is as it just appeared and now I know happily in 30 years it hasn't become evasive and is well contained
