Haven’t seen this growing wild before

Lovely afternoon in the garden, first cut of the grass, but full of moss!! Any suggestions to get rid, I have raked it but there is still loads!!!😟 Just planted this one 😍👍🏻

Grass weed and feed for Spring time,is a big help for moss@rosiebug
