Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my Meyer Lemon tree? The leaves are pale with yellow/white specks. Seems healthy (for now) otherwise.

If problem is limited to few leaves then suggest you remove those leaves. Post Removing give a good feed of organic compost. Place plant in Direct Sun atleast 4 hours and watering thoroughly every alternate day or when the Top Soil is feeling little dry

Thank you! It was limited to a few leaves on one branch, so I have removed them. The plant is already in full sun, and I think soil moisture was okay. I fed some compost as well. Thanks again!
I took in my Meyer Lemon tree a few weeks ago. I put it in the back room that has a window. Today I was walking around the house and there was a heavy sweet smell on the entire second floor. I was trying to figure out if something spilled. Then I remembered the lemon tree and it is pretty much covered with flower buds. Usually I get a couple dozen or so. This year there's like a hundred!
