Quite early for this #iris and the first of its kind, decided to grace the garden with its beauty after last night’s rain
Just WOW 😍😍
Thank you Jane 😍😍 @pelly
Thank you Katy 💜💜 @gjones
My neighbor had one in her garden last year. I had never seen one before. Definitely on my want list
It’s not a common garden flower here too but it’s a beauty to behold for sure @momasherri

Hopefully one of them will be open tomorrow Michelle .. I can't wait 😄😄 @purplebird
Yeah.. I'm impatient to see it 😁😁 @gjones
Yes, exactly 😃😃 but I noticed that the flowers in partial shade are darker that the ones exposed to full sun @gjones

Its certainly doing you & Jordan proud 👍😊
Thank you Katy 💗💗 my mom collected our bulbs from a nearby mountain when we moved to the countryside 30 years ago, but now I don’t see it in the wild because mostly people would cut it or take the bulbs. But I’m sure it still grows in the wild in national reservations @gjones
Thanks Jeff 💚 I’d like to think so too 😁 @jeatacake
