Are there any insects on the underside of the leaves? @sahar002

Yes so many green ones and most of the leaves are like this @jpea

Then I'd try washing them off with washing up water first, they don't like the washing up liquid, if that doesn't work any shop bought insecticide should get them. Remember to lift the leaves so you can spray below

@jpea do you think i can use fruit tree pesticide for this plant?

If it’s not severe I would just leave it.

I wouldn't recommend it but as @joanboston says if there's just a few insects others will feed on them and minimal harm to everything around it is better

My recommendation is that you cut those leaf stems you cannot untangle and those yo can place leaning stakes towards your frame

@jpea the problem is not that they are untanglable the problem is they are not growing well, in comparison to others that i have which the leaves are wider. I thought maybe if they twist around each other they will be more compact , fuller and beautiful but that other better pot i have they are further from each other and not twisting

@sahar002 when seeds are first sown it's often the case that too many are sown and too close together. When they first produce their true leaves it's time to "thin them out" this means carefully picking out all the weaker ones so that only the best are left at the right distance apart. If we don't do this none of them do well. So it's time to be harsh and pull out all but the best seedlings leaving the best at the right distance apart. Hope this helps
