I am a very keen gardener who loves taking pictures of her flowers! I have a small inner city London garden and 4 cats.

A beauty! I like the white centres. Is it orange or peachy colour?

About 3 years ago my other half (who has no interest in gardening or plants) brought home a houseplant with the name Clivia scribbled on a piece of paper that he had bought me at a fete at one of the care homes he monitors. I have nurtured it since in the hope that one year it will reward me! I have no idea what colour it is. I am quite excited! :)

I have no knowledge of Clivias but it is very pot bound which I understand it likes. I shall go and read up on potting it on after flowering as the pot is tiny. *dances a flowery flamenco* lol

Coincidently, I always wanted one of these as a houseplant years ago but I don't remember seeing them that much. I think they are normally a red/orange colour from memory. I didnt know about the preference to be pot bound, so thanks for the tip 👍🏼

@richard.spicer.7906 it seems an 8 inch pot is the way to go. I have two plants in this one I shall try and separate them after flowering
