Whoopsie! Looks like you have a terminal flower growing there. This is when the flower grow directly off the main stem at the centre of the rosette in Echeveria. Chop it off and your plant should put to the sides of the stem. If you leave it, it will die.

@succylove this is growing from a side stem nor the centre rosette. Should I still chop or would it be OK?

I think you will find the whole stem is developing into a flower, looking at your photo as it is currently.
