Hi late bloomer they are called yellow empress

I seem to remember as a child my grandfather had some that were huge, don't know what variety they were though. Great pic, i love them

@sharonking the cockies did the same to mine and snapped the heads off they were so heavy, I plant to stake and bind the next lot
