#foliagefriday my muk is blooming! I had no idea it bloomed this early! I moved it last fall, it had been in the old spot for years and just didn't do anything! So this is a real surprise for me! Yahoo! Why did I wait so long!!🤔

@cyndi yes it is different soil and light and watering!😂 So considering it's a total change!😂😂 I guess I know why now!😂😂😂💘😍

I bought this one today at the flower show any tips on what soil it likes and is it best in sun or shade as I don't know whether to put it in a border, pot or raised bed yet, I remembered the crimson pics from another post on here so soon as I saw it has to get it 😄

@Keely I moved this from a not so good soil to a very rich soil, from about part shade to a bit more shade, it is in the front of the border, it went from 1 to 3 leaves to dozens of leaves and flowering! Now I'm waiting for the color to change cuz it's supposed to be a sorta bronze color with green edge, it gets quite a bit of water now to 😉 hope this helps!💘😍

Thank you Shelley that's made my decision think I will try part shade in a pot first to get it more established it does have its first flower so I can judge it from moving it about will add some grit n manure to compost too 😄😘

@Keely that is a good idea Keely! Putting something in a pot and moving it around to find the best place is always the best if one can do that!👍😄💘😍
