#verigated #pinkandwhiteandgreen this was looking pretty bad by the end of last summer, it looked like about half of it died, but what a comeback it has made! This and the prior post are in my front rockery

Great recovery! Thought mine had had it as well, but it seems to be perking up! 💕💚

@lovestogarden thanks Janice! It would be more than just a hint of pink if Edward scissorhands hadn't gotten a hold of it!😂💘😍

#salix one of my envy's of the neighborhood!!😲😁 this is in the front rockery, I have a standard in the back. Now 3other neighbor's have two or more in their yard! 👍 it looks like this all summer!! ( in full sun😲). WOOHOO!!

@ShelleySnyder I've seen that one in nurseries lately, but was gun-shy on size. Is that as big as it gets?

@mrsmitch I believes it gets way bigger than that-we have cut this back drastically every year due to constraints of where it's planted. So it's very tough and can be cut cut cut!! I wouldn't hesitant to get it if you don't mind a lot of cutting back. Another thing is it says it's a shade plant, but mine has been in full sun for a lot of years, it just takes a lot of watering and patience 💘😍
