Hi is this a new plant. My friend was telling me peonys take years before they flower. I love them but im not going to be in this house for years so im in 2 minds about planting one #peony

Hi @Lowlands.Away I've been in the house for 8 months and I think this was planted some time before that. They're sooo beautiful

A lot of people have trouble with them not flowering because they plant them too deep; it's an old wives tale that you can't move them!

I would love some peonies in my garden!
