Hydrangea macrophylla 'Bailmer' (Endless Summer Series) syn. Hydrangea macrophylla 'Endless Summer', Hydrangea macrophylla 'The Original'

Just found these spots on my Hydrangea. They are spreading. Anyone know what it is and what to do.

I had them too. As I have mentioned elsewhere I use Neem spray which is Anti fungal and Antibacterial. Spray both top and bottom of leaves and pour a small amount into the soil around and pour little water so that it goes to the roots. Make sure it is not too strong. Have you tried Epsom salt? Sometimes i put only 2 tsp of neem extract (Garden Safe brand from Walmart) in 2 gallons of watering can, mix well and feed the plants. It keeps the soil Sanitized. Pl follow the directions on the neem bot

Is it ok to do after hard freeze?
