Paeonia lactiflora 'Lady Alexandra Duff'

Nurtured this plant to get this one bloom. I'm not sure she's going to give me anymore after her fungi knat infestation but she's beautiful and smells lovely 😍🌺

So I took your advice @pelly and dug the peony around the growth that was failing. No vine weevils but these little translucent worms - the stems were squishy and seemed like they rotted. I think they may be fungus knat larvae? Any thoughts? I'm thinking a neem oil treatment? I don't want to use chemicals. #peonypest #peony

I’m sorry to see this Shiv. I’m afraid I’ve never come across this before and have no idea how to treat it but I would imagine neem oil would be your best bet. Good luck 🤞

I haven't @pelly I didn't want to fiddle with it as there one part of the plant that's still doing well and it's in this pot with no inner pot. Argh I'm so sad!!

Best growth in a few years and a nice support for it this year tank's to Dunelm. Hoping it flowers as didn't last year 🤞🏻
