First #harvest of #horseradish #greens of the yearπ. Yummy #gyo

How do you use the greens? Only ever used root

Hi Terry. I use them like I would turnip greens, as a side or in soups. The longer they cook, the milder the flavor @moore.794. They hold up very well, don't break down to nothin durin cookin

Thanks will try

Oh, and freezes well @moore.794. Sounds yummy Laura, I'll have to try it that way @columbiariver π

Help me identify this plant please. I found this near my rhubarb plants and I'm not sure what this is?? #plantid

Can't really tell from the picture if it is Horseradish or a large Dock

Thank you @tiggrx . I guess I'll be doing some digging later today, to find out

It does look like horseradish or even celery of some type

@dman , I just pulled some up. It is definitely horseradish.

Lol Shelley, are ya sure?π€π€¨π€ͺπππ @ShelleySnyder
They taste just like turnip or collard greens @gjones. The longer you cook them, the milder the flavor. I just put them in the crock pot before bed. They, cook all night (on low) and by supper (the following day), they are ready. Plus, lots of bacon helpsπππ
Yeah! I'm pretty sure! ππππ
Ha ha... You said "pretty sure." That is not a "for sure" no Shelley @ShelleySnyder ππππ
