@sirustandi there could be any one or number of things wrong with this plant. It may be that it's not getting enough sunlight or drainage is poor or insect or disease. It's better to find out and treat the cause before placing further stress on the plant with fertiliser.
If it's getting all the right conditions then it could be that it's malnourished. A half strength all purpose liquid fertiliser at first will be beneficial but give it a good watering first. If after a week you find it responded well then start giving full strength and apply granular all purpose fertiliser
