Can u tell me what care u give your parrot plant @slj ? I also have one but is growing very tall and spindly...unlike yours which has new growth from the bottom...🤔🤔

I'm sorry @coronat I haven't got it any more I gave it my neighbour as it was failing with me but I have seen it in a winter garden and it was much the same as yours maybe pinch out there too and see if that helps but I really don't know

@coronat one thing i can say is they don't like dry heat and if all the foliage falls it does grow back

Hmm @slj my apartment is warm and dry so maybe I should mist daily? How did u kill yours out of interest?

@coronat no idea the leafs just curled downwards and fell i put them in the garden and they started to grow back and then i gave them to my friend to try and grow she has a greenhouse i think she still has one @kimmy01?

I still have it @slj It was a twig until a month or two ago it grew a few leafs I moved it in the conservatory and the leafs fell off :/ noe moved on the kitchen window where its hot and I cook all the time and its growing again... Still a learning progress for me @coronat

Hi where did u get this plant from or is it a cutting please take a picture when flowers

I had one that had been passed down from my nana to my mum to me and it died it had an accident when I moved 😢many years ago now, so I found these on Amazon they have them on eBay too, I hunted everywhere for the best place and Amazon seemed it to me @christony as I know the nursery is good and I will defiantly be posting lots of pics as the grow and flower 😊 I'm also waiting for some seeds to grow some more too 😊

Wow! I have a cutting about the same height as this...it's very spindly looking with all the growth at the top and all bottom leaves drooped and fell off :/ any advice???
