Polygonatum multiflorum

Polyganatum starting to arch and flower now. This is when they're at their best.

@joanboston they are just lovely. Although I need to be extra vigilant with the sawfly.

@Melissa3 your in for a nice surprise then. check underneath the leaves around May/June time for little grey looking caterpillars. If they're there you might want to pick them off as you'll be left with lace for leaves. 😳

I've tried alsorts to get rid of them! Even resorting to fly paper when they are laying the eggs. Caught loads but still had millions if caterpillar !
