Help me identify this plant. It usually loses its leafs a couple of months after flowering so hoping it’s not a Rhododendron with root rot! :-/
It looks like rhododendron luteum I.e. yellow azalea. It's a deciduous shrub but not sure if it's supposed to loose leaves that early after flowering.
