Mentha spicata

Spearmint growing wild in my yard.. seems to grow like a weed - last year there were only 3 stalks

I love the smell of spearmint. A lady at my local Farmers market uses it in bouquets.

Mint is very invasive. I love it though so I keep mine in a pot on the porch for easy picking and control

We have regular mint and chocolate mint in pots - this spearmint just popped up after we bought the house. Unfortunately, its growing right where i hope to put a hot tub so it needs to be moved. I hust havent figured out where yet
