I also like its flowy look too Rachel, which is why I haven't cut it so far @rachelbrooks But its bouffant look is thanks to a fair bit of deadish stuff underneath 🤔 Angie & Katie do you think I should just hack through it? @angiecrazycatlady and @brightcolours

My mum didn't have Google back then she eventually read a book that showed it "free and flowey" and stopped cutting it it grew lovely and just had a little trim now and again after that 😊 @rachelbrooks

You could give half of it a good hack and keep the rest free flowing till it thickens up?

So I could hack half back then & leave the other half & see which makes it happiest. In the garden I just let it grow. I love the way it encroaches on to the path, and then when it gets too much I hack back. It always recovers. Just wasn't sure how to proceed with an indoor pot grown one so thank you all 🤗 @brightcolours @angiecrazycatlady @rachelbrooks
