Help me identify this plant - I was told it is a prayer plant - it has a folded leaf behavior at night but it is more of a shamrock like leaf - proper or common name of this plant ?
It's a type of Oxalis/Shamrock.

Yep. That's certainly right. I have one in my herb garden, and I'll tell you this, they love direct sun. And I'm in southern Florida and it loves all day sunlight and heat. Weird.
