Thanks @angiecrazycatlady it grows in hedges on the hills around here so I took #cuttings. The more you deadhead the longer it flowers i think!

Really the only thing that grows in hedges here is nettles and brambles 😊 you are luckyits so pretty I love all the little stemons sticking out 😀

Love the colour on this steeple bush! Took several cuttings from a wild hedge and they are coming on nicely! I hope I don't regret having planted them!

@crystalbella I have astilbes but this is a totally different leaf and when I took the cutting it was from a bush! ?

@SylviaDavies I think it's a Spiraea douglasii, dead-head it and it will keep flowering.
