And the 4th newb, I'm thinking is a #echeveria-derenbergii Again, stumped on the #plantid 😣 I did repot this one into a suitable sized pot after taking this photo (Dec. 6th) While doing it though, my butterfingers got the best of me and it fell onto my hardwood floor 😭 It busted off a few leaves and doesn't look this beautiful now.. But I will still love it and water it and call it my own! Lol 😊❤

@Yollymac Would you say this one was infected as well?

No, it doesn't look like it to me. Let me find an unaffected black prince for you to compare to. ☺️
What's left of this one after dropping it quite some time ago. Lol so traumatizing when that happens! 😭 But these little guys were salvageable and seem to be doing okay! Yay new plants! 😁 #propagating #propagate #echeveria-hercules #taylorsplants
Hi Taylor, how long did it take for these clippings to sprout? Where did you leave them and how did you do it correctly? I've tried to do this so many times and still have yet to have a positive experience. Any tips are welcomed.
Super happy to help! ☺️ So first of all when you take your leaf cuttings from your succulents you've got to make sure that they come off in a clean little "snap" off of the stem. Let them sit out to callous over for a couple days. I usually just put them on a terra cotta saucer. After letting them callous I then put a cactus/succulent potting mix in another saucer and lay the leaves upside down on top of the mix.
Now the most very important part.. do not "water" the leaf cuttings at all until you see signs of roots!! Now when you water them don't over do it. I use a little dropper to give them just a tiny bit of water. When the roots get long enough I pot them up in the tiniest little terra cotta pot I can find! Once they start rooting and growing they seem to grow faster than you'd think! But the main things you need to keep in mind is the snap off of the main plant and not watering until you see roots!
@FeliciaCM I'll snap a picture of the saucer I've got going right now!
