I was just wondering if anyone knew which variety

Well there are 100's of thousands varieties to choose from.... maybe take a flower to your local garden center to see if they can identify it further?

A rose bush that was planted by the previous owners of my house. I’m not quite sure what variety; also a few leaves have some black spots on any tips?? Please help!!

Take off the affected leaves and spray with Rose Clear. I hope this helps 👍👍
