Strobilanthes dyeriana 'Persian Shield'

It’s still doing ok but I’m not sure if they are deciduous?? Does anyone know so I don’t panic if the leaves start dropping. I did successfully get three new babies from cuttings

@cyndi I took some cuttings from the Persian Shield to see if I can get them to root. Just did it so if they take I’ll wait til they get big enough and send you a couple

@terrimclaughlin these root Very easy in water! And it's faster than dirt! Try both ways and see!🤔💘😍

@Shelly Snyder I did it seems like the cuttings I put in dirt wit a little root hormone might be catching and the ones in the water don’t look good. I’m going to do a few more just to see if it works for me I have it in the greenhouse so we’ll see I’m still one to just buy em but if I can get got enough with cuttings I’m going to go on offerup and try to start selling alittle I did good on selling my palm and one Moses in the arc. @BriannaStrain. Thank you I really love the colors of this plant. I kept it into its 2nd year but they really only seem to b an annual. 2nd summer their colors were not so bright and it got leggy but what a beautiful plant 😊💕
