My poor elm, I fear the repotting was too much for it!!
Remove stones from top layer. Take 10-15 fallen green leaves and spread at the base of pot. Let me know if it recovers
There aren’t any stone, it’s akadama soil. There are signs of life but no buds etc- do you think it needs a mulch to hold more moisture?
