This looks like a mealy bug infestation. I would mix alcohol with water (3:1) and drench this whole plant. Also, repot with all new soil (they will live in the soil and reinfest). You can even cut off the tops of the plant that has it really bad and in plastic bag dispose of the soil and cuttings. The plant should be fine, but may have deformed growth for a while. I sadly have this on some of mine. They like some plants more than others. I hope this helps.

Oh, keep this away from other plants and keep it out of the sun once tested with alcohol, as it will burn.
