This is the hoya that was given to me as a bagful of #cuttings and us now setting flower buds😍
@tinaaune I have a few Hoya plants but they’ve never flowered. My Mums did. Have you any hints or tips? 🤔🙏🏼
@pixierose Christine I had one some years ago and it did very well hanging in a south-facing window.
@sushiwaitress Hi Ruth, they’re doing great and really healthy just no flowers. I’m wondering if they don’t flower unless they’re either a certain size or age. 🤔
The jury is out @pixierose of What actually makes a hoya bloom, maturity always seems to be a common factor, these are very old rooted cuttings but this bloom is on a new shoot, it hung outside all summer under a maple treein the deep shade and put in wonderful growth, then stayed outside till nighttime temps high 40's F then brought inside to another dark corner?
